Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 2026

Last Updated: 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Last Key Media LLC, doing business as Last Key Media™ (“Last Key Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with our website. It is a general privacy disclosure and does not replace review by a licensed attorney.

Scope

This Policy applies to the Last Key Media website, website inquiries, and related website communications. Signed client agreements may contain additional privacy terms. Platforms owned by our clients have their own separate privacy policies. Third-party services referenced on our website have their own privacy policies.

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Business or organization name
  • Website
  • Social media links
  • Industry
  • Location
  • Information about your business, goals, and marketing challenges
  • Services you’re interested in

Information collected automatically

The website and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser type
  • Device type
  • Operating system
  • Referring page
  • Pages viewed
  • Approximate location derived from IP address
  • Date and time of visit
  • Website interactions
  • Performance information
  • Cookie or similar identifiers
  • Error and diagnostic data

This information is collected in part through Google Analytics, described in the next section.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 is optional and does not load until you affirmatively accept analytics through the cookie banner or the Cookie Preferences dialog, available at any time from the footer. If you accept, Google Analytics measures:

  • Website traffic
  • Page views
  • Referral sources
  • Device and browser information
  • Approximate location
  • User interactions
  • Engagement
  • Website performance

Our website code sends Google Analytics only a standard configuration call; it does not add code for Google Signals, advertising features, remarketing, or User-ID tracking. We have not independently verified the account-level settings in the Google Analytics admin console, including data retention, which are configured separately from our website and are not visible from this codebase.

You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at Google’s partner sites policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites you visit using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We do not send, and have not configured Google Analytics to receive, names, email addresses, phone numbers, form contents, sensitive personal information, confidential client information, or other directly identifying information.

Cookies and similar technology

The website uses one strictly necessary technology: a first-party storage entry that remembers your privacy choice so we don’t ask again on every visit. Beyond that, the only other technology in use is Google Analytics, and only if you accept it. Advertising technologies are not currently used, and would only be introduced with an update to this Policy. Blocking cookies through your browser settings will prevent Google Analytics from working, but will not prevent normal use of the website.

How information is used

We use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries
  • Evaluate potential projects
  • Prepare proposals
  • Provide requested information
  • Operate the website
  • Improve website performance
  • Understand how the website is used
  • Maintain security
  • Detect and prevent abuse
  • Keep business records

  • Protect our rights and the safety of others

How information may be disclosed

Information may be disclosed to:

  • Hosting providers
  • Form processors
  • Email providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Cloud and technical vendors
  • Contractors who need access to provide legitimate services

Last Key Media LLC does not sell personal information for money. Information is shared with the categories of parties described above in the ordinary course of operating the website and our business.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to handle inquiries, support potential or active projects, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, support security, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, and depending on whether the applicable law covers Last Key Media LLC, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your information, to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, and to appeal a denied request. To make a request, contact us at lastkeymedia305@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Florida residents

Florida residents may have rights under applicable Florida privacy law where those laws apply. We have not confirmed that Last Key Media LLC currently meets any statutory business-size, revenue, or data-processing threshold that would trigger those laws.

California residents

California residents may have rights under applicable California privacy law where those laws apply to Last Key Media LLC. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. We have not completed a review of our analytics and advertising configuration sufficient to make a definitive statutory determination regarding “sharing” as that term is defined under California law, and we have not added a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link because no such mechanism is currently required or technically connected to a functioning opt-out.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

We do not currently honor Global Privacy Control signals. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not currently have one universally accepted technical standard, and this website does not currently respond to them.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at lastkeymedia305@gmail.com to request deletion.

International visitors

Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. We do not claim compliance or certification under the General Data Protection Regulation or participation in any international data transfer framework.

Email communications

We may respond to inquiries and send project-related or service-related communications by email. Submitting a general inquiry is not consent to recurring promotional email. If we introduce marketing email in the future, it will require a separate opt-in and will include an unsubscribe process.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” year above will be revised when we do.
